- Why Do I Need to Send measurements to get a Costume Estimate?
Answer: In order for me to give you an accurate price estimate I must have your measurents. My garments are not based on Store Sizing. Measurements only.

- I sent you an e-mail, but you didn't reply fast enough. Why?
Well, there is only one of me. I try my best to answer all costume e-mails and inquires as soon as possible, but if I am working on a rush order it might take be a day or 2 to get your e-mail.

- Can I get a discount on my costume for...(military family, pastor's family, single mom, doctor, divorced family, homeschool kid, drama student...etc...)
Thank you for asking, but no I do not give out discounts, free costumes or other free items for any of the reasons listed above or other. If you have a question about something please contact me.

- I don't want to buy a costume from you, but I want to buy a custom made pattern...is that possible?
No.
Good question though, I would love to have my own pattern line for people to create costumes..however, at this time I do not. I also do not draft out patterns of your own design.
If you are interested in pattern drafting, I suggest you find a class or locate some good books. Practice is really what works best. :)

- Do you have ready made costumes to buy right now?
Answer: Sometimes I will have ready made items made, such as shirts, headscarves and some special costumes. Those will be on my Etsy site.. www.briellecostumes.etsy.com

- How long does it take to complete my order?
Answer: It really depends on your deadline, how many orders I already have going and how complicated your costume is. Please allow at least 4 to 6 weeks for completion. If you need something soon, contact me. If you do not need your costume for 2 months, but another customer needs theirs in 3 weeks, I will finish their order first, then start yours. If you have questions about this please contact me.

- If I bought a costume today, could you get it to me in a week?
Answer: No, I could not. Each costume is created just for you, this takes time to complete. If you bought a ready made item, it could get to you in a week.

- If I drew a picture of a costume, could you make it?
Answer: I would have to see the design first, but I love making custom items if you have a costume in mind, just e-mail me a picture and I would be able to tell you if it was possible.

- Do you have a shop I could visit to pick out a costume?
Answer: No, I do not have a shop to visit or come in for a fitting. The costumes are created by me, from the cutting, dyeing and sewing everything is done in my own studio. This is an online small business only, at this time.

- I live in England (France, Spain..etc..), can you ship to me?
Answer: Yes, I ship to most anywhere, however, the shipping price will be more. I am located in the United States of America. Please contact me for shipping prices.

- Can you make me a Superhero suit? Like Wolverines X-Men suit?
Answer: This kind of costume is not something I can sew, it is molded to the body and usually custom made from a special company that does latex suits for movies. So I would suggest looking for a wet suit that could suit your needs.

- Can I order wigs and makeup from you?
Answer: I do not sell makeup and wigs, but if you are looking for something to go with your costume, I may have links or resources I would be happy share. Just send me an e-mail for more information.

- I want a costume just, like the movie…down the last detail and thread, can you do that?
Answer: My costumes are inspired by the movie versions. I try my best to get them as close as possible to the original. However, it is impossible to know just what was used for the movie for every fabric, so …no, your costume will not be made with movie materials, but something similar.
