Greetings!

I am taking a break from online work and blogging until the New Year.

Movie Costume Mondays will still be coming of course....and the Brielle's Costumes Facebookpage is always updated.

However, I am going to be working on a little project.

A project that has been taking me very long to complete, but is close to being done...

I shall give you only one hint.

Ngila Dickson (LOTR costume designer!) and Liv Tyler in her Arwen Dress

I am super excited about this. So I am off to do some sewing!

OHHHHHH!!! Wow this is exiting me!! (: I have wanted to sew this dress for a long time but I have never gotten up the confidence....But it is really nice to see that you are doing it!! (: Will you please post LOTS of pictures when you finish?! PLEASE!!?

Thank you everyone!
I am loving how it is turning out... Lord of the Rings is my all time favorite movie for costumes.

In fact, LOTR is what started this whole costume adventure back in 2005 in the first place. :)

Thank you all for your kind comments also, They totally make my day.

@Riley. Oh why, yes.. I could do a post on my swords! I don't have as many as I would want, but I could do a post on the ones I own. :) including my hair swords...and earrings. ;)

it has been a fun dress to sew. But a very time consuming one. Lots of hand sewing.
YES! I shall be posting TONS of pics of this dress.
With hopefully a few photo shoots of me wearing it as well.
